Eagle Scout William Robert Rapsas received a proclamation from Mayor Steven Kennis and the Township Committee for his achievement of Eagle Scout.  William with the assistance of his fellow scouts of Boy Scout Troop 56, as well as family and friends, constructed seven outdoor benches for the Mill Pond School.  These benches are being utilized to help promote education outdoors in a safe environment and for the reading enjoyment of the students, teachers and staff.
