TOWNSHIP OF LACEY
PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Lacey will hold a municipal consent hearing on Thursday, June 13th, 2013 at 6:00pm in the Municipal building of the township of Lacey, 818 Lacey road, Forked River, NJ 08731. This hearing will be held for the purpose of evaluating the application of Comcast Cable Company for the renewal of its municipal consent to own, operate, extend, and maintain a cable television and Cable communications system in the Township of Lacey and is held in accordance with N.J.S.A. 48:5A-23, and N.J.A.C. 14:18-11.6, and all other applicable statutory and regulatory provisions. All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard with respect to this application. Copies of the application will be on file with the Township of Lacey, Municipal Clerks Office between the hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, 818 Lacey Road, Forked River, NJ 08731. Also copies are available at the municipal website at www.laceytownship.org under public documents and the comprehensive plan section.
