TOWNSHIP OF LACEY
NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARDED
The Township of Lacey (the "Township") has awarded a contract for the year 2026 without competitive bidding for professional services pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(i) and Chapter 19, P.L. 2004. The Township retained Meaghan Ann Bennett of the law firm of Dilworth Paxson, LLP 4 Paragon Way, Suite 400, Freehold, NJ, 07728, to provide specialized legal services necessary to the authorization, the issuance and the sale of bonds or notes of the Township. The amount charged for these services will be determined in accordance with the agreement on file with the Municipal Clerk. This contract will be in effect until such time as either party gives written notice to the other of termination. This contract and the resolution authorizing it are available for public inspection in the office of the Municipal Clerk.
