The Connors family was present at our Township Meeting on December 14th as Senator Connors was honored with a proclamation for his 33 years of public service.
The Township of Lacey wishes to thank Senator Chris Connors for the 33 years of service to our residents in the 9th Legislative District. Senator Connors began his career in public service after being elected to the Lacey Township Committee in 1984 and served as our Mayor from 1986 – 1990. He was elected into the Assembly in 1989 and was elected to the New Jersey State Senate in 2007 serving thru 2023.
