The Investigative Division ____
The Investigative Division is currently under the command of Lieutenant James Veltri. This division consists of the Detective Bureau, Records Bureau, Property and Evidence Function, Community Relations Function, as well as the following responsibilities:
- Megan's Law Registrations
- Firearms Applicant Investigations
- Background Investigations
- Impound and Property Management
- Evidence and Crime Scene Processing
- Records Maintenance and Analysis
- Liaison to the Schools
- Community Education
The members of the Investigative Division are specially trained personnel who strive to provide the highest level services to the community.
