The Community Development Offices include Zoning, Code Enforcement, Planning Board, Zoning Board, Affordable Housing, Floodplain Management, Registrar of Vital Statistics, Board of Health and certain Pinelands Commission development approvals
Zoning
The Zoning Code of Lacey Township is available at the Municipal Building and Lacey Library. You will find the regulation under Chapter 335. If you do not know what Zone you are located in, a Zoning Map is available at the Municipal Building in the Zoning Office. Please refer to Chapter 285 for Site Plan Review and Chapter 297 for Subdivision of Land. For any questions regarding Zoning or the Zoning Map, you may call (609) 693-1100, extensions 2250.
